Shipping origin

All MINROON orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Hong Kong. TIMELYWHALETRADE LTD is registered in England and Wales; the UK registered office is not the shipping origin.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 8–12 working days unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or the destination.

Shipping destinations and charges

Available delivery destinations and any shipping charges are shown at checkout. If checkout does not accept an address, we currently cannot ship to that destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.

Customs, taxes, and duties

Any shipping charges, taxes, and duties shown at checkout apply. Additional import taxes, duties, or customs charges may be collected by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
