This website is operated by TIMELYWHALETRADE LTD, trading as MINROON (company number 16562643). Our registered office is Office 15413, Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, England, M40 8WN. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Hong Kong.

Throughout these Terms, “MINROON”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TIMELYWHALETRADE LTD. By visiting minroon.com, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our website.

1. Online Store Terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You may not use the website or our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, or infringe the rights of others.

2. Products and Natural Materials

We aim to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately. Because many pieces use natural stones and are assembled by hand, colour, pattern, clarity, inclusions, dimensions and placement may vary slightly from photographs. These natural variations are not defects. Product dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Crystal, zodiac and Five Elements references are provided as cultural, symbolic and personal inspiration only. They are not medical advice and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

3. Prices, Payments and Order Acceptance

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown at checkout where available. If import taxes or duties are not collected at checkout, they may be charged by the destination country and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, or an incorrect address. If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected for that order will be refunded.

4. Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. You are responsible for checking your delivery address before submitting an order and for promptly contacting us if a correction is required.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Hong Kong. Current destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking information and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather or events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return authorisation is required before sending an item. International orders are eligible for returns where stated in the Refund Policy, but international exchanges are not offered. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Website Availability and Accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep product, price, inventory and delivery information accurate and current. Occasionally an error may occur. We may correct errors, update information or cancel an affected order, and will contact you where appropriate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its text, photographs, graphics, branding, designs and other content belong to TIMELYWHALETRADE LTD or its licensors. They may be used for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit this content without our written permission.

9. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions

If you submit a product review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, your own or properly authorised, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting MINROON. We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading or inappropriate content.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use payment providers, delivery carriers, analytics services, review tools and other service providers. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

11. Personal Information and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. The website uses essential cookies and, where permitted, optional analytics or marketing technologies. Available privacy choices can be managed through the website’s privacy controls.

12. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website to violate any law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; submit false or misleading information; harass or discriminate; transmit malware; collect data without authorisation; spam, phish, scrape or attempt to bypass security; or interfere with the website or another user.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Products and services remain subject to the warranties and consumer protections required by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here and the order information shown at checkout, form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from us.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially breached. Rights and obligations arising before termination continue where appropriate.
